Midnight Keep became an official Chapter on April 2, 2010

Under the Midnight Keep By-Laws the Regent is the Chief Executive Officer, with all other officers being by appointment.

Midnight Keep By-Laws

Midnight Keep is run by its Regent, with all other offices being by appointment. 

The office of Regent is held until a vote is called to replace the regent. This may be done at any official Midnight Keep function, by being called by any active member of Midnight Keep. Once the vote is called, nominations will be taken for Regent, and a simple majority of active players will decide the new regent.

The Regent may also abdicate his/her office at anytime by calling for a vote for regent.

Anyone eligible for Membership into Eldaraenth.Org may join the Midnight Keep Chapter by asking the Regent for membership.

Active members are defined as members over the age of 14 that are otherwise active by the National By-Laws of Eldaraenth.Org.

The Regent of Midnight Keep is responsible for overseeing all game functions within the chapter, including story marshal and combat marshal duties. The Regent may appoint any other active member of the Chapter to serve in any office for as long as that member is needed to serve. Active members can decline appointment for any reason they need to without reprisal from the Regent, and without stating their reasons.
